For more than a decade Marlene Marshall has been conducting studio art classes in mosaic and shell design application.
A frequent lecturer at museum schools, art schools, public schools and private clubs along the East Coast, she conducts workshops in the visual arts around the country.
In addition to these classes, lectures and workshops, Marlene has specialized in work with the special needs community for the last 8 years. Her workshops in arts education for people with diasabilities have helped many to open up their opportunities for expression.
Marlene has been featured on televison's Home and Garden and DIY networks, her work is exhibited and sold in galleries and museum shops around North America.
Marlene is a painter/collage artist, an arts educator, and the author of Making Bits and Pieces Mosaics (Storey 1998) and Shell Chic (Storey 2002).
